CAIRN ZERO COMPREHENSIVE TERMS OF SERVICE

These Comprehensive Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cairn Zero ("Company") concerning your access to and use of www.mycairnzero.com and related services.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

1. THE SERVICES AND THE "CERTAINTY-ONLY" PRINCIPLE

Cairn Zero provides business continuity and "succession gap" mitigation tools.

1.1 Zero-Knowledge Sovereignty: Services built on "Zero-Knowledge" architecture. You maintain 100% sovereignty.

1.2 No IT Security Services: We do not provide active cybersecurity monitoring.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Setup and Maintenance: You are solely responsible for correct configuration.

2.2 Strict Key Management: You are solely responsible for all Keys. Cairn Zero cannot recover lost Keys.

2.5 Geographic Separation (Dual-Key): Within 7 days, transfer Archive key to separate location or void Certainty Guarantee.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: CAIRN ZERO NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION DAMAGES. AGGREGATE LIABILITY LIMITED TO AMOUNTS PAID IN PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $100.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

Cairn Lite: $149 Setup + $99/month
Founder Guard: $4,999 Setup + $149/year
Legacy Certainty: $14,999 Setup + $499/month

5. CAIRN CONTINGENCY

Hardware replacement at 50% of current market price with valid proof of purchase. Two-key set required. No data recovery included.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION

Disputes resolved through binding arbitration. No class actions. One-year time limit to file claims.
